Does your storage facility have CCTV?

At Ponteland Self Storage, our entire premises is monitored (internally and externally) 24/7 by high definition CCTV to deter trespassers, for your peace of mind.  

Is Ponteland Self Storage accessible to the public?

Customers with self storage units at Ponteland can rest assured that units are only accessible via a secure entry system, ensuring no unauthorised access for members of the public.

Where are you located?

Our storage facilities are in unmarked units in West Newham, Milbourne, NE20 0DJ.

Are your self storage units protected against fire?

We have smoke alarms throughout all of the storage units.  We do not have a sprinkler system as water can often do more damage than fire - particularly if activated accidentally. 

Do your self storage units have security alarms?

Yes! All of our self storage units are fitted with security alarms which are monitored 24/7 by a professional Alarm Receiving Centre. If there is any unauthorised activity, the alarms will be activated immediately, and the emergency services automatically notified for fast response.
